Protecting the Trade Marks and DED's common law rights in and to the MGP Festival name are of considerable value to the Department as they provide income which helps to ensure the continued growth of the MGP and Festival as a world class event. All businesses are advised that action, including legal action, could be taken against trading that infringes the rights of the Department or its licensed partners.
